junk drawer garden

welcome to the junk drawer garden! my name is grace, and this is my own cozy corner of the internet where i'll be posting little tidbits of my life.

obligatory introduction: first off, i'm relatively new to html/css. i've coded a (very bare-bones) website before, but still consider myself clueless. google searches, reddit threads, and youtube tutorials make up all i know. all that to say, i apologize for any errors you might encounter while exploring the site! the garden's credits can be found here.

i consider myself an artist of many mediums, but mainly pursue digital art, fiber arts like crochet and sewing, and occasionally try my hand at traditional art with colored pencils. this will be my fifth year of taking art seriously as a hobby (i've drawn all my life, but consider five years ago my real "take-off point"). once again, i am fully self-taught. i mainly just learned how to draw so i could picture my original characters better. i don't really dabble in deep, emotional pieces, but if that's your thing, more power to you. when i'm not doing art, i like reading and playing splatoon 3. i <3 salmon run.
